The trailer for the upcoming second season of Devil May Cry has debuted!
The Netflix animated series is, of course, based on the popular Capcom video game franchise, and has new episodes coming out very soon.

Here’s a synopsis: A war between worlds ignites as Dante must battle the only force that mirrors his own: his estranged twin brother Vergil. In Devil May Cry season 2, Dante must confront his own devils and the feeling of family he lost as a child. With the reemergence of Vergil, will Dante lay to rest old demons or fall victim to them?
Johnny Yong Bosch stars as the voice of Dante, with Robbie Daymond voicing Vergil and Scout Taylor-Compton as the voice of Lady.
Devil May Cry season two will consist of eight, 30-minute episodes, and is set to be released on May 12th on Netflix.
Late last year, the series featured a new song from Evanescence, “Afterlife,” which they performed at the 2025 Game Awards.
Devil May Cry is just one of many video game adaptations that Netflix currently has, and has in the pipeline.
