It’s the first look at Larry David‘s new HBO show, Life, Larry and the Pursuit of Unhappiness!
The seven-episode original limited sketch comedy series debuts on Friday, June 26 at 9 p.m. ET on HBO, available to stream on HBO Max.
New episodes will debut weekly leading up to the season finale on August 7.
Here’s the logline: “Those who don’t know history… are doomed to watch Larry David repeat it.”
Along with Larry David, the series will feature Curb Your Enthusiasm actors and noteworthy guest stars, and was executive produced by Barack and Michelle Obama‘s Higher Ground company.
Previously revealed stars on the cast include Jon Hamm, Sean Hayes, Jane Krakowski, Toby Huss, Isla Fisher, Jerry Seinfeld, Joe Manganiello, and Barack Obama.
“I have sat across the table from some of the world’s most difficult leaders and wrestled with some of the globe’s most intractable problems. Nothing has prepared me for working with Larry David,” former President Obama hilariously said in a teaser trailer when the show was first announced.
