Music producer Tay Keith has sadly passed away at the age of 29.
The Grammy-nominated artist was born Brytavious Chambers and he was known for working with major stars like Drake and Travis Scott.
Variety reports that Tay was found dead in his Nashville apartment on Thursday (June 18) and no cause of death is known as of this time. Nashville police released a statement on the tragic loss.
No foul play is suspected in the death of Brytavious Chambers, 29, also known as Grammy nominated record producer Tay Keith. He was found dead in his Martin St. apt. this afternoon by officers performing a welfare check. His death is unclassified pending autopsy results.
Police went to his apartment on Thursday for a welfare check.
Tay earned a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Song for his work on Travis Scott‘s 2018 song “Sicko Mode.” Some of his other notable works include Drake‘s “Nonstop,” Eminem‘s “Not Alike,” and his own song “Pound Town” featuring Sexyy Red.
