Taylor Frankie Paul is finding herself in another custody battle, this time for her older kids.
The 32-year-old Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star’s ex-husband Tate Paul is reportedly seeking a restraining order and sole custody of their two children, daughter Indy, 8, and son Ocean, 6, according to TMZ.
Tate filed his request on Tuesday (June 30), and with it, he submitted five exhibits and a declaration in support of his request for the restraining order and custody.
However, a reason for Tate‘s filing against Taylor is unknown as the docs are under seal.
This latest request comes two months after Taylor and her other ex, Dakota Mortensen, were ordered by a judge to stay 100 feet away from each other. He also has sole custody of their two-year-old son Ever.
Tate‘s filing also comes a day after Taylor shared an Instagram story, before quickly deleting it, that she had the cops called on her again.
“Cops called on my again THIS WEEK… what are the odds? And it’s not people… it’s ONE person the same person. It’s obsessive,” she wrote, via TMZ.
Bluffdale Police told the publication that Dakota contacted them with concerns over his protective order with Taylor and about drop-off and custody of Ever. She has visitation rights with her youngest son.
The police then contacted Taylor to ensure that all parties were in agreement on the protective order and drop-off hours.
