Victoria Lee Robinson‘s request for a temporary restraining order against ex Tom Sandoval has been denied.
After filing the request last week, TMZ reported that on Monday (July 6) that the 33-year-old model was denied.
Victoria filed for a restraining order against the 42-year-old Vanderpump Rules alum on Thursday (July 2), claiming that he has been physical multiple times, including the June 3 incident at his rental home in Hollywood Hills, which led to her being arrested for assault.
In addition to that altercation, Victoria claimed that on August 30, 2025, Tom shoved her down hardwood stairs, which she says caused “visible injuries” to her knees.
She also alleged that in May 2026, Tom pushed her to the ground, elbowed her chest, locked her out of her hotel room, and began “ransacking” her personal property.

Victoria further claimed that the reality star was screaming at, gaslighting, and manipulating her. This incident allegedly occurred while she was in Nashville, Tenn. visiting her terminally ill grandfather. She also alleged that Tom verbally attacked her throughout their relationship, allegedly calling her “stupid,” “dumb,” and “a coward.”
In her request, Victoria also said that she wanted her restraining order to also protect her father Will, though he had already filed one of his own against Tom. She went on claim that after the June 3 incident, she’s scared Tom will try to hurt her dad again. If you didn’t see, video footage was released of Tom seemingly shoving her father into a lit firepit.
After that incident, Tom called the police, alleging that Victoria was attacking him. She was then arrested and Tom was granted a temporary restraining order against her and her dad, claiming that Victoria repeatedly hit him and alleged that her dad punched a hole through a bedroom door, threatened him, and put him in a bear hug at one point.
Victoria and her father were ordered to move out of the house they lived in with Tom, but in her own restraining order request, Victoria asked that Tom be forced to move out, saying she has a right to live there because her name’s on the lease and she’s been paying rent. She said that she’s willing to give up the Mercedes she and Tom leased together in order to keep the house.
If you didn’t see, Tom just recently shared his first public comments following the June 3 incident.
