Julia Garner has a new show in the works!
On Monday (July 6), Variety announced that the 32-year-old Emmy-winning actress will be starring in Apple TV‘s upcoming series adaption of Mikita Brottman‘s true crime book Guilty Creatures: Sex, God, and Murder in Tallahassee, Florida.
The logline for the series states that it “delves into the psyche of a torrid romance and subsequent act of murder between two young, adulterous but God-fearing lovers, unraveling their complex lives and the emotional toll of living as killers for 18 years.”

Supergirl director Craig Gillespie is attached to direct and executive producer the series under his Fortunate Jack Productions banner. Bodies Bodies Bodies screenwriter Sarah DeLappe is writing the series and will also executive producer.
Along with starring in the series, Julia will executive produce through her Alma Margo production company.
Guilty Creatures is just one of numerous projects Julia has in the works. In May, she was seen in New York City filming scenes for her new movie Tyrant with Hudson Williams. Earlier this year, she was in Italy filming season two of Seth Rogen‘s Apple TV series The Studio.
Julia was also one of the many stars that appeared in Madonna‘s Confessions II visual project!
