West Wilson and Amanda Batula seem to be addressing the pregnancy rumors.
The former Summer House stars filmed a video while grocery shopping recently and uploaded it to West‘s TikTok on Tuesday (July 14). Watch it here.
In the video, Amanda is seen picking up multiple jars of pickles along with a couple tubs of vanilla ice cream, two foods that are notorious pregnancy cravings. She’s also wearing a long pink-and-white striped shirt that covers her belly along with some cutoff denim shorts. Presumably, West filmed the video.
The comments section wasn’t very supportive of the joke, although one person did earn a response from West.
“While this is good, I think a joint ChatGPT statement would have been better,” a user wrote, referring to their joint romance statement and Amanda reportedly joking it was written by ChatGPT.
West liked the comment and replied with a GIF from I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson of him pulling a punch.
How did the Amanda Batula pregnancy rumor start?
Neither of them said anything in the video, but it was clearly a nod to a rumor that started earlier this month.
Amanda and West attended a wedding in Montana and a photo of her surfaced online that got people talking. The image in question showed Amanda standing up while wearing a billowy green dress. From the angle, and potentially due to the garment’s structure, it looked like she could have had a baby bump.
“Holllllddddd awn are my eyes deceiving me,” one person who shared the photo on X wrote.
In the comments, users argued over whether the “bump” was genuine, or just the dress falling in such a way that it created the illusion of one.
