The stars of Ted Lasso are back together!
Jason Sudeikis, Hannah Waddingham, and Juno Temple hit the red carpet for the season four premiere on Monday night (July 27) at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles.
Also in attendance were co-stars Brendan Hunt and Jeremy Swift, plus new cast member Tanya Reynolds, and Apple execs Tim Cook and John Ternus.
Ted Lasso got a surprise fourth season renewal
The third season of Ted Lasso was intended to be the final one and it aired back in spring 2023.
Nearly two years later, Jason confirmed that he would be returning to the show for a fourth season with some big casting updates.
Season four details!
Here’s the synopsis for the new season: “Ted returns to Richmond, taking on his biggest challenge yet: coaching a second division women’s football team. Throughout the course of the season, Ted and the team learn to leap before they look, taking chances they never thought they would.”
The new season will make its global debut on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 with one episode, followed by new episodes every Wednesday through October 7, when the finale will air.
The first three seasons of the hit series are currently available to stream on Apple TV.
