Deputies from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office responded to Adam’s home in Celebration, near Orlando, Florida, around 12:24 p.m. on Monday to conduct a welfare check. According to a spokesperson speaking with TMZ, the residence was locked and deputies were unable to make contact with Adam at that time. Several hours later, at approximately 2:53 p.m., authorities returned after receiving a call reporting an unattended death.
A concerned friend, who had not heard from Adam, borrowed a ladder and looked through a third-floor window, where he saw Adam lying unresponsive on a bed. Deputies and Fire Rescue personnel entered the home and confirmed that Adam had passed away. The medical examiner is scheduled to perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death. No additional details have been released. Investigators stated that the friend had seen Adam the day prior, and Adam had uploaded a YouTube video just one day before his passing.
