Kathy Griffin is revealing she’s gone no contact.
The 65-year-old comedian penned a message on Threads on Tuesday (December 23), and addressed anyone who’s in a relationship causing them “agony.”
“Hi! To anyone who’s out there in a relationship that is causing them AGONY, I see you. The abusive types tend to to ramp things up during the holidays, start fights out of nothing to tear you down,” she began.
“It may not seem like it today, but you WILL find a time and find a way to get away & make a better life for yourself without that person,” Kathy continued.
“Plan it. Picture it. Today I am 2 years to the day with no contact & it is an accomplishment! Reclaim yourself from this person. You deserve to laugh again,” she concluded.
Kathy finalized her divorce from Randy Bick earlier this year after filing to end the marriage in December of 2023.
More recently, she revealed she’s on four dating apps, and described her ideal partner.
