It’s been nearly 10 years since The Vampire Diaries came to an end.
The popular CW supernatural drama aired it’s series finale in March 2017 after airing 171 episodes across eight seasons. It debuted in September 2009.
TVD also spawned two spinoffs – The Originals and Legacies – which both also aired on The CW, and there’s also been talk of a fourth series set in the universe.
Based on the book series by LJ Smith and created by Kevin Williamson and Julie Plec, the show centered on “seventeen-year-old Elena is torn between two vampire brothers, good Stefan and the evil Damon, who face new dangers in the town of Mystic Falls.”
The cast of the popular vampire series included Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley, Ian Somerhalder, Steven R McQueen, Kat Graham, Candice King, Zach Roerig, Michael Trevino, Matthew Davis.
