
Robert Aramayo is a breakout star, and his win at the 2026 BAFTAs has him in utter disbelief!
The 33-year-old actor had an odds-defying win over A-listers in the Leading Actor category, including Leonardo DiCaprio and Timothée Chalamet on Sunday (February 22) in London, England.
He plays real-life Tourette’s syndrome campaigner John Davidson in I Swear, who unfortunately made headlines for his outbursts during the show.

Robert was also up against Ethan Hawke, Michael B Jordan and Jesse Plemons.
“I absolutely can’t believe this. I can’t believe I’m here looking at people like you, in the same category as you…never mind being stood up here.”
“I honestly cannot believe that I have won this award,” he went on to say in the speech.
“I really, really cannot. Everyone in this category blows me away.”
