Sports analyst Stephen A. Smith is speaking out about Donald Trump after his diss.

If you don’t know, ahead of Trump attending Game 3 of the NBA Finals to watch the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden, Stephen said he would blame the POTUS if the team lost. Well, the Knicks did lose the game, and Trump was seemingly seen sleeping during portions of the matchup.

When Trump heard that Stephen had made some comments, Trump responded by saying, “I think he’s a nice guy, but you need a certain aptitude to run for president. You need a high IQ. I’m not sure that Stephen has that. I don’t think he does, actually.”

Now, Smith is speaking out again.

“I’m blaming him. Why am I blaming him? Because the President disrupted our mojo. The man messed things up,” he said on his show First Take on Tuesday (June 9).

The Knicks have not won a title since 1973, and Stephen said he knows “how miserable” New Yorkers have been with the team having such a long dry spell.

Smith added, “The brother wasn’t awake. He wasn’t awake. If it was that important for you to be there, why did you look like you were asleep? Didn’t you call our former President Joe Biden, ‘Sleepy Joe’? Well, what should we call you? Cause you weren’t awake. Meanwhile, the New York Knicks were blowing Game 3. You turned your back on them. For your own selfish, narcissistic motives.”

Stephen then pointed out that the Knicks will now have to travel back to San Antonio for Game 5 against the Spurs, as this contest is a best out of 7 win.

He also responded to his diss about his IQ: “You wanna talk about IQ, I could say I could put my IQ against yours, I got something even better I could ask you why you been running from me for the past year since I asked you to talk to me, I could ask you to debate me since you think you’re that dude. We could go a myriad of ways.”
