Chantel Everett and Ashley Bowen just got engaged!
The 90 Day Fiancé star confirmed the happy news of her engagement, which took place at a Renaissance castle called Uhuburg on Wednesday (December 17) in Helen, Ga.
Chantel thought she was going there for a photo shoot, until her musician girlfriend surprised her with a proposal, per People.
“Our love feels like it was written in the stars. So romantic, so authentic, so raw. We love that about ourselves. We love that about our love story,” they said in a statement.

Chantel came out on 90 Day: Hunt for Love earlier this year, revealing she and her friend Ashley had kissed causing her to reevaluate her sexuality.
“It felt like my first kiss ever. But at the same time, I was so overwhelmed at what it all meant because I have not ever thought about dating a woman. What would that mean? What would that mean for me, my dating life, and my sexuality? Does this mean that I’m a lesbian? Just like that? I don’t know,” she said at the time.
Ashley was friends with Chantel‘s brother before they met.
“Ashley was actually friends with my brother first, and then became friends with the entire family. So my mom says that she was friends with Ashley first. They did have a really good relationship, but she was just a friend of the family,” Chantel told Swoon.
Chantel was married to Pedro Jimeno before they split in 2022, as seen in TLC’s The Family Chantel. It was the first spin-off series of 90 Day Fiancé that followed an individual couple. Their story was documented in Season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé and they later on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?
