Haylie Duff and longtime love Matt Rosenberg are calling it quits.
On Monday (April 20), a rep for the 41-year-old Blending Christmas actress confirmed to TMZ that Haylie and Matt have decided to end their 12-year engagement and split up.
Keep reading to find out more…The rep told the outlet that Haylie and Matt ended their relationship around the first of the year and that the actress “asks for privacy at this time in protection of her young daughters.”
Haylie and Matt first started dating in 2012 and announced their engagement in April 2014. Not long after getting engaged, the pair started building their family by first welcoming daughter Ryan Ava in 2015 followed by daughter Lulu Gray in 2018.
The Material Girls actress has previously suggested that getting married wasn’t a top priority as she and Matt were focused on raising their kids.
News of Haylie and Matt‘s split comes after her younger sister Hilary Duff confirmed that the two had a falling out and no longer speak. In a recent interview, Hilary, 38, shared some very insight into her “complicated” family dynamic.
Haylie has also supported Ashley Tisdale following her “toxic mom group” essay, which many fans believed the High School Musical actress was writing about Hilary.
