Sarah Pidgeon, Paul Anthony Kelly, and Dree Hemingway posed separately as they arrived at the 2026 Met Gala held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 4) in New York City.
Sarah Pidgeon wears Loewe
For the event, Sarah, 29, wore a strapless two-piece Loewe ensemble in chartreuse matte satin, with a twisted bandeau top and column skirt.
“It just felt very whimsical, but very powerful at the same time, and very architectural,” Sarah told Vogue about her look.
Paul Anthony Kelly wears Dior
For the event, Paul, 37, looked sharp in a dark purple velvet smoking jacket paired with a loosely buttoned white shirt and black pants by Dior.
While speaking with La La Anthony for Vogue‘s livestream, Paul described his look as “dastardly.”
Dree Hemingway wears Valentino
Dree, 38, turned heads in a sparkling silverish gold dress with a dramatic tulle collar designed by Valentino.
Everything to know about this year’s Met Gala
The Met Gala is the biggest night in fashion every year and you can expect hundreds of A-List celebrities to be in attendance. The gala is celebrating the Met’s Costume Art exhibition, which “explores the ‘centrality of the dressed body’ through depictions and interpretations of the human form in the Met’s extensive collection.” The dress code this year is “Fashion is Art” and the co-chairs for the gala are Beyonce, Nicole Kidman, Venus Williams, and former Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour.
