Some of Italy’s hottest actors are promoting their work with Prime Video!
Michele Morrone and Giacomo Gianniotti both stepped out for Prime Video Presents Italia 2026 on Thursday (July 9) at The Space Moderno in Rome, Italy.
Also in attendance were actor Eugenio Franceschini, best known for Emily in Paris, and filmmaker Francesco Carrozzini.
Michele Morrone is starring in Blame It On Rome
Michele will star in the English-language rom-com Blame It On Rome, which also stars Gabrielle Union.
The movie was directed by Francesco and co-written by Legally Blonde‘s Kiwi Smith and Jane the Virgin‘s Jessica O’Toole.
Deadline reports: “Billie (Union), an ambitious New York art executive, travels to Rome to purchase a valuable painting. When her fiancé confesses he’s in love with another woman, a distraught Billie loses control, botches the deal, and ends up losing her job. Instead of returning home, she decides to stay in Rome – determined, for once, to simply enjoy life. Between aperitivos, reckless adventures, and a string of dates, Billie learns to live in the moment… until she discovers she’s pregnant. Not knowing who the father is, she hires private investigator Tommaso (Morrone) to help her solve the paternity mystery. As they navigate Rome together, their initial friction gives way to an unexpected attraction which turns into an emotional journey that forces both Billie and Tommaso to face their fears – and open up to the possibility of new love.”
It’s unclear what Giacomo and Eugenio are working on with Prime Video, but we can’t wait to learn more.
Giacomo is best known for his work on ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy and The CW’s Wild Cards while Eugenio appeared on the Netflix series Emily in Paris.
