The 2026 FIFA World Cup is nearly down to its final two teams.
The semifinals kicked off on Tuesday (July 14), with Spain taking on France at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Spain defeated France 2-0 in the second half after Mikel Oyarzabal converted a penalty in the 22nd minute and Pedro Porro added a second goal in the 58th minute.
The team now advances to Sunday’s World Cup Final (July 19) to face either England or Argentina, who meet in the second semifinal on Wednesday (July 15).
