Sadie Sink is addressing some of the speculation over her secret Spider-Man: Brand New Day role!
The 24-year-old Stranger Things alum appeared in a new video posted on the official movie’s Instagram account where she confirmed three things about the film in jest.

As the clip starts out, the actress notes the theories about who she will be playing have increased since the new trailer dropped. She says she can confirm three exclusive new details and those three details are…
- She’s not Spider-Man
- She’s not Aunt May
- She is definitely in the movie.
“As for who I really am… You’ll have to find out in the theater,” Sadie concluded.
Sadly, Sadie‘s actual character remains a total mystery. But there are plenty of theories out there, many of them deriving from a previous trailer released back in March. One of the biggest theories circulating online is that Sadie is playing one of the X-Men.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day is hitting theaters on July 31, 2026. You can watch the newest trailer here and while it doesn’t tell us anything about Sadie‘s characters, we do get to see characters like the Hulk and Punisher!
