Colman Domingo made his Jimmy Kimmel Live! guest-hosting debut!
The two-time Oscar nominee hosted Monday night’s (July 20) episode of the late-night talk show on ABC while Jimmy is on hiatus.
Colman opened the show with a high-energy monologue that included jokes about The Odyssey, Donald Trump, a Zendaya shoutout, and more.
Jacob Elordi appeared to promote The Dog Stars
Jacob Elordi appeared on Monday’s episode to promote his upcoming post-apocalyptic science fiction film The Dog Stars from director Ridley Scott. Jacob and Colman starred together on the HBO drama series Euphoria. They also did Variety’s Actors on Actors together a couple of years ago!
Jacob sweetly gave Colman and fellow guest Jafaar heaps of praise for their work in the Michael Jackson biopic Michael, which was released earlier this year.

The second guest for the week was Jaafar, who played Michael Jackson in the biopic while Colman starred in the film as Michael‘s father, Joseph Jackson.
Colman is going to be hosting the show through Thursday and will have other guests on this week like Marlon Wayans, Niecy Nash-Betts, Arsenio Hall, and more.
