Liam Payne‘s girlfriend Kate Cassidy is explaining why she’s covering up her tattoos for him.
The One Direction singer died at the age of 31 in 2024 after a fatal fall from a balcony at the CasaSur Palermo hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Kate was with Liam just before his death.
In a new video, she revealed she’s covering up her tattoos
After explaining her decision, she responded to a comment on the TikTok video where the user wrote, “She don’t love him no more.”
“I knew that some of you guys would be offended at the fact that I decided to laser off these tattoos on my body,” she said in a new TikTok on Wednesday (July 29). She continued, “The only reason that I am getting these tattoos off is literally just because they are too thick to my liking. They’re the very first tattoos I ever received, and I went somewhere really random.”
She is referring to a “444” tattoo she got for her late partner.
Kate continued, “Listen, the meaning behind all of my tattoos are so, so special to me. I am not lasering them off for any other means other than the fact that I’m gonna get them redone somewhere else that has experience in fine line tattoos.”
