Kitchen Undercover is premiering tonight (Tuesday, July 28) on Food Network at 9 p.m. ET/PT!
The new series is described as “a high-stakes, sneak-attack restaurant rescue” by the network.
Who stars on Kitchen Undercover?
The show is led by chef Antonia Lofaso, alongside sous-chef Nestor Milian who go full undercover at failing restaurants.
Antonia has previously appeared on shows like Top Chef, Chopped, Cutthroat Kitchen and Restaurant Startup, and owns the restaurants Black Market Liquor Bar, Scopa Italian Roots, and DAMA in LA.

“While Antonia watches the drama unfold from a secret command center— spying on every meltdown, mistake, and questionable choice—Nestor will be on the inside, embedded with the staff, stirring the pot and digging up the juicy truth.
