Carmen Electra is sharing a surprising detail about her relationship Prince.
While attending the 33rd Annual Race to Erase MS Gala on June 5, the 54-year-old actress and singer recalled one of the late music icon’s beauty preferences during their romance in the 1990s.
“When I was with Prince, he used to want me to sleep with a full face of makeup on and my lashes,” Carmen exclusively told E! News. “Prince liked that and I was down for it and I still did that for a long time in my life.”
These days, the Scary Movie star says her nighttime routine looks very different.
“I have to have at least eight hours or more of rest,” she explained. “I take really good care of my skin. I wash off my makeup now.”
“I don’t drink. I’m sober,” she added. “And I use a lot of skincare and I’m down for some ‘tox every once in a while. A little Botox never hurt anybody.”
Cameron first met Prince when she auditioned for an all-girl group he was putting together. While she didn’t land a spot in the band, Prince saw something special in her and encouraged her to pursue a solo career.
The actress recently talked about her time in the Scary Movie franchise and the person who helped land her the role when no one else thought she could do it.
