New photos of Jax Taylor on vacation have fans talking.
Over the weekend, the 47-year-old Vanderpump Rules alum was spotted getting cozy with his and ex-wife Brittany Cartwright‘s longtime publicist Lori Krebs while they vacationed with friends at Hotel Mousai in Puerto Vallarta.
In photos obtained by TMZ, Jax and Lori were seen in the resort’s pool embracing, standing chest to chest, as they talked. At one point, they were seen with their arms around each other as the floated in the pool.
Eyewitnesses also told the outlet that Jax and Lori were seen keeping close and hugging throughout the day, and weren’t trying to hide that they were together.
Jax and Lori were reportedly with a larger group of friends as they celebrated Jax‘s birthday, which was on Saturday, July 11.
If you didn’t know, Jax and Brittany, 37, separated in January 2024 after nearly five years of marriage. The following month, Jax raised some eyebrows when he posted a selfie hugging Lori while they were in her hometown of Montreal, Canada.
After the photo made headlines, Jax and Brittany both opened up about their close relationship with Lori on their joint podcast, When Reality Hits with Jax and Brittany.
“It was cracking me up how everyone was going crazy about that picture you posted with our publicist Lori,” Brittany said to Jax, who said that Lori has become a close friend of theirs over the years.
“I don’t know if people know this or not but Lori’s been in our lives — she’s not only been in our lives, it’s been in Tom [Schwartz’s] life, it’s been in Kristen [Doute’s] life, Brittany’s life,” Jax noted.
“She’s our publicist and [a] very, very good friend of mine so a photo like that, people I know were saying a lot of crap about it, but it really wasn’t that big of a deal…” Brittany added. “So, I want to make that clear, because Lori’s an amazing publicist, a super hard worker, and she does so much amazing work for us. I just want to make sure we clear that up because that’s just ridiculous.”
Back in 2024, Jax checked himself into an in-patient treatment center for mental health struggles and later revealed that he had been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and PTSD. Then in an interview from last year, Jax confessed that he had a cocaine addiction.
Brittany recently shared an update on their co-parenting relationship for the 5-year-old Cruz.
