Noah Kahan is asking for fans to ensure they go to the bathroom when they need to.
The 29-year-old singer took to X on Saturday (June 27) to send out a plea to his concertgoers.
“If you have to poop at a show please, dear God, just go to the bathroom,” Noah wrote. “Lmao I’ve pooped my pants as much as the next 29-year-old but you guys gotta understand there’s a venue worker out there with a 1000-yard stare after dealing with that.”
Noah is currently on his Great Divide Tour, which started earlier this month. Most recently, he performed at Philadelphia’s Citizens Bank Park on Friday night (June 26).
In the comments of his X post, he added, “I s–t myself onstage in Charlottesville but that’s because I am dedicated to my craft.”
At least one person replied with a video allegedly recorded from Friday’s concert that appears to show fecal matter on the ground. A few comments claimed an attendee had stood there and gone to the bathroom rather than excusing herself to a restroom, but none of this has been verified.
There have been other incidents of bad behavior at concerts recently with singer Morgan Wallen coming under fire after throwing a fan’s phone across the stage.
