Trader Joe’s is releasing their incredibly viral mini-totes this summer, and they’re coming with a brand new look!
The popular grocery store chain will release their mini canvas tote bags in stores on Wednesday, June 17.
The new bags come in four pastel colors with stripes: green, blue, brown and pink. They’ll retail at $2.99 each, according to People.
The bags measure 13 inches long, 6 inches wide, and 11 inches tall.
“The size is ideal for smaller shopping trips, to pick up those few items you forgot the first time around. Just be sure to pick up a Tote while you can—supplies are limited,” the company said in a release.
The demand is so high that there are knockoffs floating around the Internet, but don’t be fooled: you can only get it in stores.
“We are aware that some knockoff totes are being sold online and have recently filed a lawsuit to protect our customers from being misled. At Trader Joe’s, it’s very important to us that our customers are getting what they’ve paid for. That’s one of the reasons we only offer Trader Joe’s products for sale inside Trader Joe’s stores. This enables us to put our customers first, ensuring they’re getting authentic Trader Joe’s products,” a rep told People.
The bags first sent customers into a frenzy back in early 2024 in their blue, green, red and yellow versions, which immediately sold out.
Trader Joe’s is paying out customers following a class action lawsuit, and you might be eligible to get some of the payment.
