Donald Trump is once again calling for the firing of late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel.
If you did not see, the Trumps called for Jimmy to be fired for the following joke, which he made before the White House Correspondents’ Dinner shooting: “Look at Melania, so beautiful. Mrs. Trump, you have a glow like an expectant widow.” The joke was made as part of a fake roast he staged ahead of the dinner.
Jimmy addressed the calls for him to be fired in his Jimmy Kimmel Live! monologue this week, but Trump does not seem satisfied that he still has his job.
He took to Truth Social early this morning (April 30) to once again speak on this topic, writing, “When is ABC Fake News Network firing seriously unfunny Jimmy Kimmel, who incompetently presides over one of the Lowest Rated shows on Television? People are angry. It better be soon!!! President DJT.”
An ABC source revealed if firing Jimmy is even on the table at this time. ABC has not made an official statement at this time. Stay tuned as we learn more.
