Paige DeSorbo is addressing rumors that she’s engaged.
While she’s recently been in Italy on vacation with her family, rumors started swirling that the 33-year-old Summer House alum is engaged to boyfriend Joe D’Amelio after posting a photo of herself wearing a white dress.
During the Friday (July 17) episode of her Giggly Squad podcast, which she co-hosts with Hannah Berner, Paige made it very clear that she is NOT engaged.
“Can I wear a white dress and have a laugh?” Paige joked.
By the time I saw the rumors that I got engaged, it was past the time that I could say something,” she explained. “It was the middle of the night and I was like, ‘What am I going to do with this?’ So, I just went about my life.”
While Joe – sports marketing executive – didn’t get down on one knee during the Italian getaway, Paige explained that her brother Gary DeSorbo did recently propose to his girlfriend, which led to more confusion for mom Kim DeSorbo when she saw the rumors about Paige.
“My mom was getting text messages,” Paige continued. “She was like, ‘Wait, what?’ And she was like, ‘No, Gary.’”
“The best thing about it is Gary and his now fiancée, who is a gem of this earth, I literally am so excited for them,” she added.
Paige and Joe first sparked dating rumors last year, several months following her breakup from Southern Charm star Craig Conover, whom she dated for three years before splitting in late 2024.
Joe is the senior vice-president of football marketing at Klutch Sports Group, the sports agency founded by Rich Paul, who is engaged to Adele.
While Paige has kept her relationship with Joe mostly private and off social media, she did recently share some rare comments about their relationship dynamic.
